Our pricing is no secret - we put it right here on our website. We have some of the lowest rates in the area - For sellers, we list for only 1% (not 2.5% - 3%), and for buyers, we refund up to 2% of our 3% commission (up to 2% on new homes, and up to 1% on used homes). And, as an added bonus, we don't charge any transaction fees!
